Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing services and ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility across a PA Adult Services Center.

You will guide staff, provide training, manage the department budget, collaborate with medical and operations teams, and liaise with physicians and contractors to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a license to practice as an RN in PA.
• BSN required.
• MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs Center nursing activities to ensure quality nursing services and regulatory compliance.
• Serves as nursing expert, guides staff to implement high-quality health care programs.
• Maintains department budget and fiscal health.
• Coordinates with medical, admissions, operations and quality management.
• Liaises with on-call physicians and community providers.
