Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to provide ABA instruction in home-based settings within Montgomery and Prince George's counties in Maryland.

Starting hourly rate is $20-$27. The role emphasizes teamwork with BCBA supervisors, data collection, and family collaboration to promote consistency across home and community environments.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 1-2 years working with children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting
• Experience using ABA preferred
• Successful completion of ABA training, online and in person, provided by Achieve Beyond
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with children, family members, and supervisor
• Comfortable working in a home-based setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, and resources and strategies for home/community use
• Collect daily data and organize child's program book weekly
• BTs must maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations
