Job summary

Channel ABA in Montgomery County, Maryland seeks compassionate ABA therapists to provide one-to-one services to children in home, clinic, and community settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development under BCBA supervision.

We offer competitive pay of $25–$32 per hour, paid training and ongoing supervision by BCBAs, paid drive time, PTO, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Travel between client locations is required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required by BACB.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Reliable transportation to travel up to 45 minutes between locations.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain CPR/First Aid if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect behavioral data using electronic systems.
• Teach communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
• Maintain documentation and session notes.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
