Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking dedicated Behavior Therapists in Mount Airy, MD to provide direct ABA instruction in home, clinic, and community settings. This part-time, hourly role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children and families.

You will work with BCBA-supported plans, collect daily data, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality services while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and families.
• 1–2 years of experience with children aged 2–21 in supervised settings or current enrollment in related undergraduate program.
• ABA training completed online and in-person.
• Self-motivated, team player with strong organization.
• Excellent communication with children, families, and supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the BCBA plan.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families, sharing resources and strategies for home use.
• Collect daily data and maintain child’s program book.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
