Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will support ITPs, assist with data collection, and help maintain accurate records in a supportive, interdisciplinary setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing training, and adherence to BACB ethics. This position is full-time and on-site, offering growth and team-driven development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Complete 40 hours of paid training within 90 days of hire.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment by supervising BCBA.
• Pass the RBT exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and families.
• Commitment to BACB ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under BCBA supervision.
• Assist in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan.
• Participate in daily data collection and enter data.
• Update graphs and report data to the BCBA.
• Set up materials for sessions as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean learning environment.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in record keeping.
