Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our pediatric therapy team. The BT will implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA, following plans and contributing to data collection and progress reporting.

You will prepare materials, apply teaching procedures, and maintain a safe, clean environment while engaging with children and families in a supportive clinic setting. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Complete 40 hours of paid training by supervising BCBA within 90 days of hire.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment.
• Pass the RBT exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Assist in implementing Individualized Treatment Plans.
• Record daily data and update graphs.
• Enter data and report to the BCBA.
• Support observational assessments and data collection.
• Prepare materials for sessions and implement teaching procedures.
