H2 Health Kids Longview seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric team. You will design and supervise evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental conditions, collaborating with families and medical staff.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, leadership opportunities, a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000 plus performance bonuses, comprehensive medical benefits, 401(k), HSA/FSA options, and generous PTO.

Formación

• Master's degree required in related field.
• Current BCBA certification and licensure as applicable.
• Experience providing ABA to children with autism preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment planning.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Analyze data and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver caregiver training for skill generalization.
• Maintain compliant documentation.
