Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We emphasize assent-based treatment and partner with parents to support success in school and life.

Competitive compensation: $75,000–$82,000 per year, with both part-time and full-time roles. As a BCBA, you will supervise clinicians, mentor technicians, write reports, and participate in monthly regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher is required.
• BCBA certification or candidate must sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification/registration/license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat the safety of clients as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately.
