Job summary

Nexus Children's Hospital – Houston is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our multidisciplinary team in a pediatric inpatient setting. You will design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with ASD, IDD, and co-occurring medical conditions, coordinating with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of two years ABA experience with pediatric populations.
• Experience in healthcare, inpatient, or interdisciplinary settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Utilize BACB-aligned, evidence-based interventions.
• Analyze behavioral data and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to support care.
• Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs and staff.
