Job summary

Amenity Health Services 1 in Houston is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral intervention and assessment services to clients, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while managing a caseload of clients. The role also involves supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have a Texas LBA certification.
• Active BCBA Certification is mandatory.
• Completed 8 hour supervision training is required.
• Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Manage a caseload of 7-10 stakeholders.
• Provide support and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with teaching staff during school IEPs/ARDs.
• Generate treatment and supervision recommendations.
