Job summary

Lifelong Access seeks a BCBA to support children with developmental needs through behavioral supports and skill development. You will supervise technicians, collaborate across therapy disciplines, and help children reach goals in a fun, engaging environment.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a human service field, current BCBA certification, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. A Illinois driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human service field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities.
• Illinois driver’s license and valid insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral supports and skill development for children.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support progress.
• Maintain documentation in line with agency standards and BACB ethics.
