Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA Certification and LABA if applicable.
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Comfortable working with families in-home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are effective.
