Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a human service field is required.
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- Minimum one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities (preferred ABA experience with children with autism).
- Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance are required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research to guide treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support each child’s progress.
- Maintain professional documentation in compliance with agency standards and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
