Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable working in various settings (home, school, community, clinic).
• Proficient with electronic data collection and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs, skill assessments).
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals.
• Train, supervise, and support behavior technicians (BTs and RBTs).
• Monitor client progress through data review and observations.
