The Behavior Lab is hiring a BCBA to provide individualized care for children with behavioral challenges in diverse settings, including homes and schools. The role emphasizes flexibility, offering options for setting your own hours and collaborating with families to develop treatment plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable working in various settings (home, school, community, clinic).
• Proficient with electronic data collection and reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs, skill assessments).
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals.
• Train, supervise, and support behavior technicians (BTs and RBTs).
• Monitor client progress through data review and observations.
