Job summary
Lifelong Access is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide behavioral supports and skill development for children in Normal, Illinois. This role offers flexible hours and a family-friendly environment where you can make a lasting impact.
You will conduct behavioral assessments, collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team, and supervise Behavior Technicians. Ideal candidates will hold a Master's Degree, current BCBA certification, and have experience in ABA.

Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities.
- ABA experience with children with autism is preferred.
- Valid Illinois driver's license & insurance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
