Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids in Illinois seeks a Clinic Director/BCBA to lead clinical teams and deliver exceptional pediatric therapy services on site. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with therapists, and drive patient outcomes in a collaborative clinic network.

The ideal candidate brings BCBA certification, state licensure, and strong leadership to mentor clinicians while advancing the clinic's growth and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current state licensure or eligibility including 8-hour supervision training.

Responsibilities

• Develop exceptional plan of care.
• Code for services while adhering to compliance standards.
• Document appropriately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other healthcare professionals.
