Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Deerfield, IL is hiring a BCBA leader to coach and grow interdisciplinary teams in an in-person clinic. You’ll supervise BCBA and RBT staff, drive clinical quality, and partner with doctors, teachers, SLPs, OTs, and PTs to deliver wraparound care that supports each child’s goals.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership, offering a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed BCBA in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow BCBA and RBT teams while supporting interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Drive clinical quality, training, and performance standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new clinicians.
• Partner with doctors, teachers, SLPs, OTs, PTs and mental health providers to deliver wraparound care.
• Support strategic planning, efficiency and program improvements.
• Build a culture of collaboration, growth and support.
