Job summary

Happyian Therapy & Academy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead as Clinic Director in a multi-location Illinois practice, including Schiller Park. The role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities and strong support from the administrative team.

You’ll maintain a manageable caseload of 5–7 clients with 25–30 billable hours weekly, mentoring RBTs and expanding clinic services with supervision from a Lead Case Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or eligibility for certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Analyze client data and modify plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Work with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain clinical documentation.
• Ensure services meet BCBA standards.
• Support meaningful outcomes for children and families.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations.
• Support clinic culture and growth.
• Develop programs and services within the clinic.
• Mentor staff and ensure team communication.
