The position offers a salary range of $85K–$102K per year plus monthly bonuses, sign-on bonus or relocation assistance of $5,000, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a BCBA.
• One year experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland) and create evidence-based goals.
• Train and support RBTs and lead parent training sessions.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth and culture while maintaining caseload efficiency.
