Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Riverview, FL team. This primarily clinic-based role offers one work-from-home day per week after comps and 25 billable hours, with Monday–Friday hours and no weekends.

Responsibilities include running VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments, creating goals and behavior plans, training and supporting RBTs, leading parent trainings, and collaborating with other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a BCBA.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland).
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans.
• Train, support, and mentor RBTs and team members.
• Lead parent training sessions to empower families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to ensure high-quality care.
