Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our family in Riverview, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work with an average of just 5 clients per BCBA, alongside 20% dedicated supervision time. Enjoy a primarily clinic-based setting with the flexibility of one work-from-home day per week after completing 25 billable hours.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a BCBA.
• One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee behavioral assessments like VB-MAPP and Vineland.
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans.
• Train and support the RBT team.
• Lead meaningful parent training sessions.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to provide best care.
