Autism Care Partners is hiring a full-time BCBA in Rhode Island. The role focuses on clinical excellence and delivering integrated care across developmental domains with a collaborative team.

You will manage a small caseload, develop and renew plans, conduct skill assessments, and supervise RBTs to ensure fidelity of intervention plans. Centers close at 4:30 PM and weekends are not required.

Competenze

• Master's degree required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required; LBA/LABA where states require.
• Experience supervising staff is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage caseload of up to 10 clients.
• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for insurance authorization.
• Conduct initial/renewal skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on treatment goals.
