Job summary

Belmont Behavioral Health System is seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services on the Specialty Pediatric Unit. The role includes developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, supervising staff, and ensuring fidelity to plans.

Daytime hours with potential weekend or evening work may apply. The successful candidate will maintain BCBA certification, stay current with treatment advances, and provide direct services to pediatric patients, including ASD cases, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with adolescents in clinical settings.
• Skilled to provide ABA services and training to staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing ABA programming on the Pediatric Unit.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Train new staff on ABA techniques.
• Conduct assessments including ADOS and other needed evaluations.
• Attend team meetings and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Deliver direct ABA services to patients on the unit.
