LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, emphasizing assent-based treatment and family partnership. The role offers part-time and full-time positions with comprehensive benefits and regional leadership support.

The team supports 500+ BCBAs across 18 states with strong supervision, continual CEUs, and a 20-hour minimum weekly billable target. A values-driven culture fosters growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher is required for the role.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months is expected.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Certification/registration/license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Commitment to values: partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, excellence.
• Bonus if interested in research (functional analysis, verbal behavior, feeding, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional trainings and supervision sessions.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Prioritize client safety in all cases.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing teaching procedures implementation.
• Ensure directives from senior clinical team are followed timeliness.
