Acadia Healthcare seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services on the Specialized Pediatric Unit. You will supervise RBTs and BHAs, train staff, and ensure quality assessments, including ADOS, are completed promptly.

Ideal candidates will have BCBA certification, strong communication, and experience with adolescents, while staying current with treatment advances and hospital policies.

Formación

• Experience developing Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with adolescent population.
• Licensed BCBA in good standing with applicable board/certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the Specialized Pediatric Unit.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and Behavioral Health Associates.
• Train new staff on ABA techniques.
• Conduct appropriate assessments including ADOS in a timely manner.
• Participate in team meetings and mandatory in-services.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
