Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate schedules and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Schedules/cancels/reschedules and confirms patient appointments with courtesy.
• Schedules for all devices (hearing aid and/or bone anchored) patients for appropriate appointments.
• Submit authorization requests and orders for hearing devices; prepares PO requests.
• Works with CI coordinator to manage appointments, paperwork, and equipment needs.
• Cleans and sanitizes patient rooms between appointments; coordinates deep cleaning as needed.
• Checks clinic organization weekly; stocks supplies and reports needs; orders supplies.
• Provides administrative support for all audiologists and scans documents into charts.
