• Schedules/cancels/reschedules and confirms patient appointments with courtesy and information
• Manages device appointments for hearing aids and bone-anchored devices
• Submits authorization requests and orders for equipment and prepares PO requests
• Coordinates with CI coordinator for patient appointments and equipment needs
• Cleans and sanitizes rooms and reports cleaning needs
• Monitors clinic organization, stocks supplies, and orders clinic items
• Provides administrative support for all audiologists and uploads patient charts
