Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare, plus relevant experience.
• Five+ years in healthcare operations or a similar leadership role.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficient computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and financial management of the Surgery Center.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all program elements and services.
• Lead a team of medical and administrative professionals to achieve high patient care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Medical Executive Committee and Governing Body on strategic plans and objectives.
• Complete and monitor operating and capital budgets and report on performance against targets.
• Coordinate budget management with the Chief Financial Officer to maximize EBITDA and identify trends.
