Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers seeks a DON Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations and financial management of a pediatric ASC. You will provide strategic direction, supervise a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, and drive initiatives to improve patient care and center performance.

The role requires nursing leadership experience, budget oversight, and strong communication skills to align clinical operations with executive goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and current BLS on hire.
• Current ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire.
• ICU or perioperative nursing experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare operations leadership.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and financial management of the Surgery Center.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all program elements and services.
• Lead a team of medical and administrative professionals to improve patient care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Medical Executive Committee and Governing Body on strategic plans and objectives.
• Complete and monitor budgets, submitting reports and taking actions to meet targets.
• Manage annual budget and reporting with CFO to maximize EBITDA and identify trends.
