Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team at our pediatric ASC. You will oversee nursing care, staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, maintain policy compliance with federal/state regulations, and support a fast-paced, patient-centered environment across our centers. RN license and 2+ years of nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS upon hire; ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ICU or perioperative nursing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of CMS/DOH/OSHA/AORN/AAAHC regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per policies and objectives.
• Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve quality of care.
• Maintain policies that adhere to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
