Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a DON Administrator to lead day-to-day operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives in our pediatric ASC network. You will direct a team of clinicians and administrators to ensure safe, efficient patient care under general anesthesia.

The role requires nursing leadership experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a track record of optimizing performance in ambulatory settings. Excellent communication and strategic acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing and active licensure.
• Current BLS certification at hire; ACLS/PALS within required timelines.
• Three+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial management of the surgery center.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate programs and services.
• Lead a team of medical and administrative professionals to ensure patient care excellence.
• Collaborate with Medical Executive Committee to implement strategic plans and budgets.
• Monitor operating and capital budgets and report on targets.
