Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & rescheduling, create ad-hoc appointments, check-in/out.
• Registration, updating, admit/discharge, downtime conversion.
• Utilize Power Chart and patient schedule tools as needed.
• Cross trained to cover other scheduling roles.
• Prepare medical records reviews and process orders.
• Receive, assess and route telephone calls.
