Shriners Children’s is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to manage the master schedule for outpatient visits, ensure patient registration in the EMR, and communicate upcoming appointments. You will greet families, verify insurance, and orient new patients to the clinic.
Key duties include accurate appointment scheduling, updating patient records, and delivering exceptional customer service to patients and families across Shriners locations.

The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the master schedule of patient appointments for outpatient clinic visits. This includes scheduling appointments for new and return patients, ensuring the patient is registered in the EMR, sending notifications of upcoming appointments to patients, maintaining the clinic schedule, and orienting new patients and families to the clinic.

The pay range for this position is $19.92 - $29.87. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
