Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive management/leadership experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the execution of strategy in the ambulatory sites of care ensuring aligned priorities with service lines, process improvement, and care transformation.
• Partners with the VP Administrator in process improvement, finance, budget control, capital planning, investment, and expenses.
• Reviews and benchmarks practice operations with service lines and external groups to determine variance and improvement opportunities.
