The position reports to the VP Administrator and emphasizes strategic direction, partnership development, and financial oversight, including capital planning and investments to improve patient care and outcomes.

The Senior Director, Practice Operations is responsible for ensuring that operational decisions, priorities, and services are aligned with the overall ambulatory strategy, service line goals and objectives. This position provides oversight for the ambulatory senior managers and directors and the implementation of priorities, process improvement, initiatives, finance, budget control, access, capital planning/investment, and care transformation. In collaboration with the VP Administrator, the Senior Director Practice Operations provides strategic direction in the execution of strategy ensuring best practices and supporting change management with positive influence. This position engages stakeholders to build strategic partnerships, agreements, and collaboration to remove organizational and operational barriers.
