Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina seeks an RN Care Coordinator to oversee pediatric ambulatory care. You will coordinate clinical care across clinics, drive safety, and enhance patient and coworker satisfaction while partnering with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supporting educational programs and outcomes within Children's Services Ambulatory Care and participating in multispecialty clinics to deliver goal-directed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Three years of related nursing experience.
• Licensure as an RN by SC Board or a compact state.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for pediatric patients in ambulatory settings.
• Participate in general and multispecialty clinics.
• Utilize nursing process to guide individualized care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Support educational programs and outcomes in Ambulatory Care.
