Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for Pediatric Primary Care in Seattle, WA. The APP will deliver direct clinical care to children from birth to young adulthood in an ambulatory setting and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care across diverse communities.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in nursing with pediatric/family NP focus or PA program graduate, plus 1 year of pediatric clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing with a pediatric or family NP focus or PA program graduate.
• One year of work experience in a pediatric or family-focused clinical area.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care including health histories, exams, and well-child visits per AAP guidelines.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; develop management plans; prescribe treatments.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and behavioral health partners to deliver holistic pediatric care.
• Engage in CQI initiatives and patient family education to promote health equity.
