Job summary

Seattle Children's in Washington state seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to join our pediatric cardiology team. The role offers independent clinical practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on longitudinal outpatient care.

The APP will manage ambulatory pediatric cardiology patients, perform exams and tests, prescribe medications, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing with a pediatric or family NP concentration or PA program graduate.
• One year of work experience in pediatric or family-focused clinical area.
• Active, unencumbered WA RN/ARNP or PA licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary clinical management of pediatric cardiology patients in ambulatory settings.
• Obtain histories, perform exams, order and interpret tests (EKG, echoes, stress tests).
• Prescribe medications and therapies appropriate for pediatric cardiology patients.
• Collaborate with cardiology fellows, physicians, and care team to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in case management, CPQI, and educational/research activities.

Education

Master's degree in nursing (pediatric or family NP)
