Qualifications

• Active licensure as APRN/PA/CNS and DEA certification where applicable.
• Strong knowledge of clinical specialty and leadership in clinical settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and monitors patient status using evidence-based practice and clinical knowledge.
• Develops and implements detailed plans of care and orders therapies.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provides leadership within the clinical area and mentors staff and students.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and education activities.
• Escalates clinical or administrative issues as needed.
