Qualifications

• Knowledge of child and adolescent development required.
• Proactive thinking, creativity, and initiative.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability; Spanish language abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops programs and services to meet patient needs in various settings.
• Identifies and responds to child/family needs; includes developmental considerations.
• Trains, supervises, and evaluates volunteers; coordinates with Volunteer Resources.
• Develops and implements programs; supervises group sessions and events.
• Maintains records and collaborates with healthcare teams; advocates for psychosocial needs.
