Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You seeks a Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children, delivering ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision. You will follow behavior plans to support skill development and behavior modification.

Two-week paid training is provided. Benefits support full-time staff, with visa sponsorship and relocation options, as part of a broader rehabilitation team serving homes, schools, and clinics.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour RBT training; or training provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensure billing and documentation support services.
• Update availability in EMR and communicate with Client Advocate.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisor and client team.
• Adhere to BACB ethics in service delivery.
