No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center in Manhattan, KS is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric therapy team. This in-person role focuses on delivering ABA therapy, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBA supervision to support each child’s goals.

You’ll work in a nonprofit clinic that values teamwork, ethical care, and ongoing professional growth, with 1:1 and small-group sessions, family guidance, and robust benefits based on hours

Qualifications

• Certified RBT or willing to complete certification.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Effective communication with families and colleagues.
• Organized with timely documentation.
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services.
• Interest in mentorship and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with integrity and consistency.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Collect meaningful data to support treatment decisions.
• Assist in client assessments and treatment plan development under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborative planning.
• Support caregiver training with guidance from supervisors.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation.
• Track and maintain RBT supervision hours.
• Follow BACB ethical guidelines and clinic policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.
