Job summary

Dr. Deb’s Center for Child & Family Development in Leawood, KS seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position. The role is 30–40 hours per week in a center-based ABA program, with open hours 8:00–16:00, Monday–Friday.

Growth opportunities exist through supervision toward BCBA certification, plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff. The ideal candidate will have an RBT certification (or obtain within 2 weeks), a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• RBT certification required within 2 weeks of hire.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained before start date.
• Experience in childcare and with children with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism.
• Document progress and maintain required records.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain RBT certification and documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBA, SLP, OT and PT teams.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code and Standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
• Support supervision hours toward BCBA certification.
