Job summary

Performance Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team in a private practice setting. You will provide individualized ABA services in a sensory gym environment for children, adolescents, and young adults from birth through age 21.

Work alongside BCBA Supervisors, OTs/COTAs, SLPs, and other pediatric professionals to support functional development, communication, regulation, and participation, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) preferred/required depending on position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, child development is a plus.
• Experience with children/adolescents with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Experience with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, behavioral challenges, or sensory processing differences is a plus.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and clinical protocols with consistency.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect data and document client progress according to plans.
• Support development of communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Utilize sensory gym environment to deliver developmentally appropriate sessions.
• Implement behavior-reduction strategies and reinforcement procedures.
