BK Behavior is seeking licensed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building and care plans under supervision, recording progress and outcomes with electronic devices.

This role emphasizes compassion, patience, and a dedication to improving the lives of children with Autism. Ideal candidates hold RBT certification and a high school diploma, and are eager to learn and grow in

Formación

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
