Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly paraprofessionals to serve cases around the Greenwich/Stamford area. Responsibilities include providing direct ABA instruction, collaborating with BCBA teams, and communicating with families to support consistency.

Requirements include at least 2 years with special needs children (ages 2-21), current enrollment or completion of relevant undergraduate/graduate programs, and a passion for helping children and families.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting.
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergrad/grad program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists.
• Communicate frequently with family members with debriefs and resources.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information according to regulations.
