Ivy Rehab Network invites a BCBA to lead a new pediatric ABA clinic in Hermitage, PA as Clinic Director and Investing Partner. You focus on clinical care while we support business development, marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems to scale the clinic.

You will be the clinical lead, building a high-quality program, recruiting a team, and growing a thriving pediatric ABA service with equity opportunity. BCBA license required or pending.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA licensure or certification is required as there is a treating element.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the start-up and ongoing operations of a pediatric ABA clinic.
• Collaborate with Ivy Rehab teams on marketing, contracts, payroll, IT, and HR support.
• Hire, train, and develop the clinic team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Grow the clinic with a focus on outcomes, patient experience, and sustainable profitability.
