Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to support clients across Brooklyn. You will provide direct ABA instruction per the BCBA plan and collaborate with the BCBA and other therapists.

You will communicate with families, share debriefs and home strategies, and collect daily data while maintaining strict confidentiality in line with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Experience using ABA preferred.
• Successful completion of Achieve Beyond 20 hour classroom training and competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate with families, providing debriefs, resources, and home strategies.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
