Job summary

Cranial Technologies in Dearborn, MI is hiring a Baby Imaging Specialist (hourly, full-time) to join our pediatric imaging team. You will conduct 360° 3D imaging for each baby using the DSi imaging system and ensure accurate patient data entry in Intergy, while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role suits energetic individuals with excellent teamwork, who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality is a MUST.
• Experience in caring for or working with infants/children is a plus.
• Able to juggle many duties while keeping patient experience as top priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Take three-dimensional, 360° images for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software).
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties: answer phones, clean rooms, and position patients for imaging.
