Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our Mesa, AZ team. You will perform 3D imaging for infants, operate the DSi system, and support patient scheduling and data entry in Intergy.

A customer-first approach and comfort with medical imaging are essential. The role offers benefits and a structured levels program with pay increases based on performance and tenure, starting at $18.50–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or childcare preferred.
• Able to learn new imaging procedures quickly.
• Comfort with medical imaging and infant care.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3D images for each baby using the DSi system.
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment to ensure optimal results.
• Schedule and enter patient information in Intergy.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
• Assist in medical office duties (phones, rooms, patient flow).
